Steve is warm, personable and relaxed with a good sense of humor and a strong desire to keep his clients comfortable and informed. In his twenty plus years of exclusively selling residential real estate and small investment properties Steve has learned fair negotiation results in all parties being satisfied by the outcome. His vast and intimate knowledge of the local real estate market and its nuances always give him an edge, as evidenced by his selling over 500 properties. Steve places a priority on constant communication with his clients as well as with his fellow brokers. He always makes himself available for questions, concerns or just plain hand holding. His clients have often said they feel like they are his only client's. One of Steve’s biggest sources of pride is when he is rewarded with a referral from a previous satisfied client, of which there are many.
